My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental place where you can tell your story and work toward healing. I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor and earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Missouri State University in 2020. I see clients for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues, self-esteem, struggles with identity, suicidal ideation, life transitions, developing coping skills, and grief.
Since everyone has a unique experience and story, I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. I work with a variety of therapies, including person-centered, trauma-focused, mindfulness-based, and Somatic Integration and Processing. You may have specific things you’d like to work on. Or you may feel like there’s something wrong but feel stuck and struggle to articulate needs and feelings. Wherever you are is a good place to start.
