Meet Lauren

Lauren Holder MS, PLPC  |  EMDR Trained

Life presents a multitude of challenges, including pain, uncertainty, and constant work. While I cannot change these inevitable parts of the human experience, I hope to offer a place where you can process these difficulties and develop new skills to better face them in the future. I believe women face unique challenges in society and within themselves that deserve time and space to be addressed. From infertility to postpartum struggles to divorce and anxiety, my goal is to support you on your journey to becoming your most fulfilled version of yourself. Navigating small and large life changes can be tricky. My hope is that through meaningful and genuine connection, you may find moments of peace, clarity, and vulnerability that you may not find outside of the therapy office.

I believe in an integrative approach to therapy based on the unique experiences of each client. I utilize evidence-based practices and incorporate the mind-body connection to relieve symptoms of distress and develop new patterns of thinking and behaving to assist you on your path of healing. Although I specialize in working with women, I also work with men and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I look forward to hearing your story.
