Chief Administrative Officer 

Kayla serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Ozarks Counseling Center, bringing over eight years of experience in secondary and higher education. She holds a Master’s degree in Religious Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Conflict and Dispute Resolution.

Throughout her career, Kayla has been a dedicated educator, student and staff advocate, and an effective problem-solver. Her background includes coordinating volunteer groups, managing university facilities, and supporting institutional operations with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.

Kayla’s leadership is grounded in commitment to fostering supportive, well-organized environments for both clients and staff.
