Life can get really overwhelming, really quickly. In my experience when life gets overwhelming we tend to forget to take care of ourselves. My hope is to provide a safe space for you to process anything and everything that may be weighing you down on your journey through life. As a counselor it is my responsibility to meet you exactly where you are on your journey without any judgement. My goal is to walk with you through the ups and downs, the bests and worsts, and help you see the positives to reinforce and the burdens that can be let go.
I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and I'm currently working towards my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Missouri State University. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community as well as those who may be struggling to find their place in the world for any reason. As the world around us becomes more and more complicated I hope to be a steady pillar you can trust as you make your way through the world.
